Program Managers and Project Managers that have a track record

Program managers must show experience in managing disparate
teams while helping to create resolutions for obstacles. We
are looking for the top candidates in the field. Candidates
must show that they have the experience to communicate effectively,
and motivate teams appropriately. ISM has a solid track record
with Fortune 1000 companies and government by delivering their
IT and business projects on time, on budget and within scope.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years experience successfully
managing IT/Business projects and programs
Entrepreneurial spirit

Facilitation skills
Ability to lead and drive challenging assignments
to a successful completion
Experience managing multiple project teams and integrating
teams
Consulting
experience (preferably in big 5 type firm).
Quick Study
Experience in Portfolio Management process
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification
Candidate must be willing to take assignments throughout the Chicago metro area and may be required to do some minimal out of town travel.
