ISM staffers to speak at AITP Chicago SIG meeting

Alisa Speese, ISM practice director, and Steve Egan, ISM practice director, will be speaking May 27, 2010 at the Project Management Office SIG meeting for the Chicago chapter of the Association of Information Technology Professionals. Their presentation, entitled "Governance, Management Reporting and Compliance Framework," will discuss stakeholders, tools and processes involved in creating and maintaining a system of portfolio governance. Also examined will be the implications on management reporting and requirements stemming from various compliance frameworks. The event will be held at MicroTrain in Lombard, Illinois. ISM names John Strasky vice president of business development

John Strasky recently joined Integrated Systems Management with more than 25 years of sales and sales management experience in the technology and business services industries. John was most recently an account executive with Pepperweed Consulting LLC, providing business process improvement solutions for Fortune 500 IT operations.

Kimberlee Meyers joins ISM as senior project manager

Kimberlee Meyers has joined ISM as senior project manager. Kim has more than 20 years of experience with information technology and business process alignment incorporating project and program management. She has diverse experience in domestic and international environments with experience at both Fortune 100 companies and professional services organizations. Prior to joining ISM, she was employed by Ernst & Young, Ameritech (now AT&T) and Qwest Communications.

Chicagoland Chapter of PMI names ISM's Ricardo Viti director of corporate outreach

Ricardo Viti, PMP, has been appointed director of corporate outreach for the Chicagoland Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI). He has been active in PMI's Chicagoland Chapter since 2007. Ricardo is a senior project manager at ISM.
